Go to the following website:
http://99designs.com/designer-blog/2013/04/19/5-famous-copyright-infringement-cases/
1. Read about the 5 famous examples of copyright
infringement.
2. Create a new Word document and save it as Copyright Infringement Cases.
3. For each case, write a paragraph (or more) discussing your opinion on the case. Include whether you agree or disagree with the outcome. What can you learn from the outcome of this case?
**Be sure to put the title of the case before each of your answers. Don't print for today. Just save the document when you are finished.
4. On the same document, after you have finished the 5 cases, search for another "copyright infringement case". Describe the case, the outcome, and include your opinion. (Please find a case that you can explain without watching a video--the only video you have permission to watch today is the Vanilla Ice interview on the website above.)
**This document should have 6 paragraphs or more.
**If you finish, be sure that your Power Point is complete. We will save to the network drive tomorrow.
**If you finish, you have permission to look up information concerning copyright. You can go to www.copyrightkids.org and look at any section on that website (there is a quiz, if you would like to take it.)
