1. Read the "Computer and Web Basics" PacketUsing the packet, answer the questions on the "Getting to Know Today's Computer" worksheet.Turn in to the basket when complete. 
2. Graphics File Format worksheet
   Use the Internet to find the file extension and description for each type of graphic.

8th Period-Principles of Technology

1. Read the "Computer and Web Basics" PacketUsing the packet, answer the questions on the "Getting to Know Today's Computer" worksheet.Turn in to the basket when complete. 
2. Create a Power Point presentation using information from the "History of Computers" websites that you found. You may present the information in a timeline format, if you would like.  Presentation should be 10 slides or more.  This does not need to be completed today.
